About the EIF

The Events Industry Forum publishes the Purple Guide and provides a meeting point for trade assocations, enforcement and other representive organisations involved in outdoor events in the UK to meet regularly and discuss issues affecting the industry.

The Purple Guide, formerly published by the Health & Safety Executive, is widely recognised as the key reference source for managing events outdoors.

The Forum Articles set out the parameters for how the Forum functions, including details of its operational structure and voting rights.  See Articles here
